I’m pretty heavy for a 14 year old, and I really need to get in shape. So, I’m making a workout list. Message me the below exercises and I’ll do them :)

•20 sit-ups

•20 lunges

•30 star jumps

•100 squats

•1000 turns on my abtrainer
